The firm believes strongly in a formal mentoring program that matches younger associates with senior associates or partners to stimulate their development.

You must have 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in Chapter 11 cases. Bankruptcy clerkship is a plus, and you must have top-tier academics and excellent writing abilities.

The firm is offering a range of $95,000 to $135,000 per year.

You will need experience working with lenders and borrowers, along with the ability to work on corporate transactions and to work beyond one practice group. You also must have outstanding academics.
